Tribunal on mixed use development to resume January 2021
The City of Johannesburg has dismissed the points in limine that ERA and GRA’s lawyers had raised at the Tribunal hearing on November 11 2020. This means that the hearing to discuss the merits of the application will now continue on January 22 2021.
