Become a weed warrior

There’s a quiet movement growing in many countries across the world to tackle the environmental crisis weed by weed and plastic bag by plastic bag. In Emmarentia we are lucky to have numerous opportunities to help out just a walk or short ride away.

Not only will you be ridding these special places of litter and invasive alien plants to allow the indigenous flora to come back and thrive, the time you spend is also guaranteed to make you feel better: read here for first-hand experience from someone across the seas. And if you do take part, let us know how it went. Just a warning… many are reporting that they have become weed warrior addicts, needing that fix regularly to keep them going!
