Improving tracking and escalating

Ward 88 councillor, Nicolene Jonker, has just introduced a new way for her to track and escalate all service delivery problems but it all starts with you. Unless you report all service delivery problems to the relevant entity and get a reference, she can’t escalate and track progress. The new system enables Nicolene to easily collate all the information and escalate.

Steps to follow if your bin is broken or stolen:

    Follow the prompts to request a bin replacement.

Note: Broken bins are replaced for free; retain your damaged bin.
Remember, 240L bins belong to Pikitup and should remain at the property if you move.
