DESCRIPTION:ResidentPassSept26\nMarks Park \nPAX: 6000 \nStart time: 04h30 – 14:00 \nParking at Marks Park fields –  marshals and JMPD on site to assist in traffic flow and prevent illegal car guards from parking runners illegally. A hard line will be taken with runners who park illegally parking residents in their homes\, blocking driveways or impeding visibility of the road. Barrier fencing will be used at the Hill Road Crescent to prevent parking in this area. The area around Hill Road Crescent will be fenced and marshalled. \nExtra ablution facilities have been provided at the start on Orange Road and on the route – runners will be advised to use these facilities instead of residents gardens. \nTraffic restrictions and road closures from 04h30 – 07h30 – residents allowed to exit the suburb but request patience as the elite runners pass through the start area. \nHard road closures on blue race route from 05h00 – 07h30 – affected roads\, Greenacres\, Umgeni and Hill in Emmarentia.
