The Spar Women’s Grand Prix Series will take place on the 3 October, starting from Marks Park. Runners will run around the suburb.

The race will start at 7am and finish at 9am, the road closures will be in effect from 5.30am until about 9.30am/10.00am.

ERA did distribute a residents pass sticker in 2020, together with an ERA newsletter for use in 2020 and 2021 that will allow you to cross the road during the race times. If you have lost yours and you need to cross roads on that day, you are welcome to fetch another pass from Parkview SAPS. Take proof of residence.

Note that these stickers are provided by the ERA; they are used with the discretion of the event marshals’ and JMPD. Because it is a timed race you may have to wait for runners to pass before you can cross. We have informed the event organisers of the stickers, but they do not guarantee that you will be allowed through roads or intersections that are closed for this or other events.
